Haiku for Boston

A lone flame burns bright.
The flame is a light at night.
Bright burns that lone flame.

An Unlikely Pair? I think not.

At first, I had set out to shoot this as just a setting of my Skullcandy earbuds and overlay a soft lavender text with the word "j a m". Then I thought, 'Why not just dollop some jam on white paper and arrange my earbuds in circumference of the grape jam. It turned out pretty close to what I had in mind but not quite. The jam did not show up purple as it is from the McDonald's condiment package. This shot will suffice.

Ocean Biology

I am terrified of deep waters, so cruises and plane flights over such areas are out of the question. However I would like to get over my fear of the ocean and take a photo of the sun from underwater. I tried to recreate that experience in this shot.

Spring buds

When I saw this small budding tree I grew sad because we haven't had much of a winter and I like snow which we have had none of that either. Well, at least I found a great young tree. I wish I knew what kind this one was...

Pears

This shot is a result of some pears my mom sent me. I do not like pears and my mom thinks that I should at least give them a try. I have. I hate pears. We tossed them but before that I made a photo opt out of this ordeal.
